The Japanese Society of Systematic Zoology

The Japanese Society of Systematic Zoology, founded in 1950, is an association of biologists who are interested in taxonomy, systematics, and biodiversity of animals, either extant or extinct. It publishes a peer-reviewed English journal "Species Diversity" and a peer-reviewed  Japanese journal "Taxa" (only In Japanese) and conducts annual meetings and symposia.
